8 degrees is indeed noticeably colder than 30. Who knew?
Snow in moderate amounts is quite pretty.
Hospital scrubs are woefully inadequate in the said 8 degree scenario.
I don't own "longjohns".

I suppose this is good time to mention that it was 80 degrees in San Diego a few days ago.
Winter is a strange thing I suppose.
