And now for something different...

This little clip is for everyone's viewing pleasure. Give it time to download and be sure to watch the entire thing.

For the record, these goats have a disorder called myotonia. They get frightened, excited, etc and they get stiff. It lasts for a few seconds and then they bounce right up. Trust me, they're fine.

Today's Observations

8 degrees is indeed noticeably colder than 30. Who knew?
Snow in moderate amounts is quite pretty.
Hospital scrubs are woefully inadequate in the said 8 degree scenario.
I don't own "longjohns".

That's my new made-up word to describe how my month is going. Every now and then I just get on a really busy assignment. February has sucked and March won't be much better. On the other hand, here's my current reading list:
Neurology in Clinical Practice
The Complete Joy of Homebrewing
Modern Greek
Not quite as varied as my usual list. Why Greek? I'm counting on the Powerball to finance my purchase of a small Aegean island. Because that will happen. Here's an interesting website. Lalala.
